On this episode of Real Chicks Rock! Presents Real Discussions, I had the opportunity to chat with Greta Wallace and Camille Morrison about ~ Fashion From Our Perspective.
The ladies were able to bring their experiences, knowledge, and style to the discussion. The fashion world has changed, but it doesn’t mean that African Americans are still not in the game. Several designers, stylists, and fashion icons may not get the recognition they deserve in commercial settings, but the underground world loves and supports them. Fortunately, I was able to have these two ladies on the show with me.
Greta represents what is considered timeless with sprinkles of urban style and Camille, who embodies vintage pieces and textures worldwide from her travels. These ladies have taught others and continue to share what they know to women who want to define a sense of fashion for themselves.
African Americans have always been the forerunners in the fashion world, and we will continue to do so in the future.
