I’m afraid so because of my discussion on this episode of Real Chicks Rock! Presents Real Discussions was about the preservation of Hip Hop and its taking place in The Bronx. The topic: Women and The Universal Hip Hop Museum. My guests ~ Renee Foster and Martha Diaz.
The ladies shared their backgrounds, experiences, stories, and passions about the Hip Hop culture. Not just the music, but the clothes, the art, the pioneers, filmmakers, record labels, and the neighborhoods.
Being able to transfer the culture within a museum will help continue the story. This will be used to inform people about the significance of Hip Hop and also bridge the gap.
This discussion filled my heart and soul and I hope it does the same for you. Especially, if you have an appreciation for Hip Hop.
